Internships

Our Goals for You

The goal of our internship programs is to prepare you for success in either a progressive general practice or a residency program. We help you develop medical experience, client skills and management abilities. We welcome you to visit our practices to meet the doctors, staff members and current interns to experience all BluePearl-New York or BluePearl-Florida has to offer, as well as discover the vibrant culture we’ve created within our hospitals. If you cannot visit, please feel free to contact us directly to discuss any one of the programs, learn more about our hospitals and receive answers to any questions you may have.

How to Apply

Should you be interested in applying for one of our programs, please forward the VIRMP application form, your cover letter of intent, a copy of your transcripts and three letters of recommendation. Intern applicants must be eligible for licensure in Florida or New York before June, 2011. Every applicant will be evaluated based upon their intentions, academic performance, past and current activities and recommendations. Weight is given to enthusiastic, energetic individuals who enjoy working with clients and have committed themselves to an intern or resident experience.
