Dr. Lancaster appreciates the diverse caseload that critical care brings to our door. He especially enjoys providing quality, compassionate care to critically ill animals and has a special interest in transfusion medicine and traumatic brain injury. He takes great satisfaction in helping pets’ families understand complex medical decisions so they can make good decisions. Prior to joining us, Dr. Lancaster completed a residency in emergency and critical care at a busy urban specialty practice and went on to become the director of emergency and critical care at a specialty veterinary medicine hospital in Southwest Florida.
