The Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center (VSEC) was founded by Dr. Robert Orsher with the goal of bringing board-certified specialists from multiple disciplines under one roof to practice as a cohesive team.
Over the years, veterinary specialists in anesthesiology, cardiology, clinical pathology, dentistry & oral surgery, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency & critical care, holistic medicine & acupuncture, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, radiation oncology and surgery have joined VSEC to realize Dr. Orsher’s vision. VSEC offers leading-edge medicine while working closely with pet owners and their primary care veterinarians to ensure the highest level of communication and care.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Levittown opened in June of 2011.
This hospital features several amenities, including a linear accelerator to provide radiation therapy for cancer patients and a special room to administer radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroid cats, along with a CT scanner, MRI scanner, dedicated ICU, separate canine and feline wards and a presentation room for continuing education lectures.
