Dr. Barton worked in a primary care practice before pursuing board certification and in-depth training in emergency and critical care medicine. She directed the emergency and critical care medicine service at a large referral hospital in New York City for 10 years before moving to Seattle to work for an area specialty and emergency center. Dr. Barton most often can be found at our Renton hospital, where she oversees the medical team and leads both the hemodialysis service and the critical care and emergency services specialty service.
