Jennifer Stafford, DVM, DACVIM, DACVECC
Specialist, Board Certified in Veterinary Internal Medicine and Emergency & Critical Care
On The Job
Dr. Jennifer Stafford began her career mucking out horse stalls and cleaning dog kennels and is now board-certified in two veterinary specialties. She loves the challenge of stabilizing critical patients in the ER and getting them home to their families, and she also enjoys the long-term bonds she develops with clients and pets she sees through the internal medicine service. Her particular clinical interests include immune-mediated diseases and sepsis cases. She finds continuous glucose monitoring in diabetic pets and longer-acting insulins an exciting veterinary advancement on the horizon.
