Dr. Davidow worked several years at an emergency and referral hospital in Lynnwood WA before founding ACCES in 2003, which became a BluePearl hospital in 2014. She is the Director of Medical Quality for BluePearl. Dr. Davidow also consults for the Veterinary Information Network and is an adjunct assistant professor at Washington State University. She has a strong interest in patient safety, improvement processes and building culture around continuous improvement. On the clinical side, she lectures frequently on transfusion medicine, antibiotic usage, toxicology and other emergency topics.
