Dr. Michael McFadden is a Houston native who was happy to move back home after many years in various parts of the country. Prior to joining us he was a clinical assistant professor of small animal surgery at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary surgery but has a special interest in minimally invasive procedures arthroscopy, laparoscopy, and minimally invasive fracture repair. He also recently authored a book chapter on musculoskeletal disease in exotic animals. Dr. McFadden is an active consultant on VIN Veterinary Information Network and enjoys the opportunity to reach out and help veterinarians from all over the world.
