Winnie Was Treated With Respect

Our 7-year-old, 7-pound miniature pinscher-Chihuahua mix became suddenly ill with what our primary vet thought was immune-mediated hemolytic anemia, and advised that she be rushed to the emergency hospital as she could die before morning. Thankfully, we did so. After receiving intensive care during the night, in the morning she was transferred to BluePearl, who shares facilities with the emergency hospital.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find outstanding, board-certified vets in critical care medicine at the clinic. These wonderful ladies kept us fully informed and spent extra time explaining things to me (a nosy nurse). At all times we were treated with respect and we believe Winnie was treated very well, also. Unfortunately, after a brief stint at home, Winnie was not able to pull through.

Thank you so very much for how you treated us.
