Laura Barbur
DVM, DACVS (SA)Dr. Laura Barbur grew up surrounded by farm animals in rural Kansas, which is where her passion for the well-being of animals began. During her veterinary education at Kansas State University, she assisted with research in various areas, such as canine and feline kidney disease and canine thoracic surgery. It wasn’t long into veterinary school that she realized her biggest passion was small animal surgery.
After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Barbur had the pleasure of living in and serving the communities of Atlanta and Washington D.C. Throughout her career as a small animal surgeon, Dr. Barbur has continued to be involved in various research projects while also having the honor of training several surgical interns.

Ana Cáceres
DVM, DACVRDr. Ana Cáceres has a special interest in computed tomography (CT); angiography, which is a procedure to X-ray blood and lymph vessels using a radiopaque substance; ultrasonography of the thorax, abdomen and musculoskeletal system; and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the spine, thorax, abdomen, nervous and musculoskeletal systems.
