Dr. Kristen Annunziata’s special interests in emergency medicine include endoscopic foreign body retrieval, laceration repairs, feline urethral obstructions, endocrine diseases and toxicities.

Outside of work, Dr. Annunziata loves traveling, interior decorating, photography and watching true crime television. She and her husband have two human babies along with two scruffy mix canines named Enzo and Noir.

Dr. Farrah Horowitz is a native Long Islander and has spent more than a decade practicing in NYC and the Long Island area. With over 20 years of experience, she enjoys tackling challenging cases and collaborating with other veterinarians and their teams to provide the best care for patients.

Her clinical interests include pain management, soft tissue, reconstruction, oncologic surgery and orthopedics.

In her free time, Dr. Horowitz enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys traveling, biking, hiking and baking.

Dr. Kacee Lingner began her career pursuing equine surgery, but shortly into her career she started working in small animal emergency medicine and fell in love with the variety and the pace. Her favorite part is helping people help their four-legged family members.

In her free time, Dr. Lingner enjoys hiking, running, mountain biking, horseback riding, snowboarding and adventure travel.

Dr. Jennifer Murphy has worked across many hospitals in northern and central New Jersey, bringing over a decade of emergency medicine experience with her. Her clinical interests include surgery stabilizing trauma patients and treating cardiac disease. She has four years of informal surgical training under board-certified veterinary surgeons.

Dr. Murphy is a competitive equestrian, traveling the East Coast with her warmbloods, Petey and Baloo. When home, she enjoys running and relaxing with her husband and their two dogs, Nova Scotia and Butters.

Dr. Jennifer Norton’s clinical interests include soft-tissue surgery, laceration and wound repairs, trauma cases and the management of critical endocrine and GI disorders.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Norton enjoys gardening, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new fine dining establishments and serving as medical director for a large wild bird rehabilitation center, where she performs orthopedic surgeries on birds of prey.

Dr. Leah Orton enjoys the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of emergency medicine. She finds it rewarding to assist both people and animals in urgent situations. Her clinical interests include laceration repair and polytrauma.

Dr. Marko Palumbo enjoys emergency medicine because every day brings something new and exciting. His clinical interests include endocrine diseases and toxicities. His favorite animals to treat are large dog breeds, so please bring in your Great Danes and Irish wolfhounds.
