Pet urgent care by BluePearl.

Here for you and your pet – when you need it most.

As a pet owner, you know that sickness or injuries can happen anytime, not just during the hours your family vet is available.

That’s why our urgent care service provides treatment when your pet needs it. Veterinary urgent care meets the needs of sick or injured pets who aren’t in serious or life-threatening situations but still need prompt medical attention from a veterinarian to feel better as soon as possible.

A veterinarian speaks with a dog owner during an exam

Should I take my pet to urgent care or the emergency room?

A BluePearl anesthesiology and pain management vet prepares to fix an anesthetic facemask on a yellow lab while a vet tech helps hold the dog on the exam table.

Similar to walk-in clinics in human medicine, veterinary urgent care is designed to treat acute, non-life-threatening conditions. The emergency hospital is the place to go if your pet is in critical condition and needs immediate, life-saving treatment.

If you’re not sure where to take your pet, give us a call – we’re here to help and support you during your pet’s time of need.

Our urgent care team

Experience makes all the difference.

Our urgent care team is made up of veterinarians, vet technicians and assistants, and support staff with rigorous training and experience in specialty medicine. The team works hand in hand to provide the comprehensive, compassionate care your pet needs and deserves. Because we’re a multidisciplinary hospital, the team can consult the expertise of other specialty departments, too.
