Our oncology team is made up of veterinarians, vet technicians and assistants, and support staff with rigorous training and experience in specialty medicine. Dr. Christine Swanson is the medical director of our Grand Rapids hospital. She is especially interested in combination chemotherapy as extracted from human medicine and how that can be combined with complementary medicine.
Dr. Swanson enjoys baking and spending time outdoors with her two children and husband. Cedar, a Cane Corso, and Willow, a Labrador retriever, are always eager to fill the rest of the daylight hours with an uplifting game of fetch.
