Whitney Smith
DVMPassionate about animal rescue, Dr. Whitney Smith has loved animals for as long as she can remember and started rescuing kittens, cats and dogs at age six. She’s worked the gamut of jobs in veterinary medicine, from assistant to practicing clinician, and loves the relationships she builds with her clients. Dr. Smith considers emergency medicine “cool,” because it offers something different every day. Her clinical interests include feline medicine; a “good” DKA or urinary obstruction; and wound repair and management.
