Katherine Conlin
DVMDr. Katherine Conlin dreamt of becoming a veterinarian since 4th grade, leading her to start working in veterinary clinics when she was 18. Her passion for helping pets live long, health lives became stronger while owning a general practice clinic in West Bend, WI. In 2019, Dr. Conlin began focusing on urgent care to fill a crucial need in the community for sick pets to be attended to promptly.

Dr. Conlin enjoys family events with her four adult sons, live theater performances, horseback riding, Middle Eastern dancing, bar trivia, escape rooms and walking along Lake Michigan with her beloved rescue dog, Wiley (short for Sir Wiley E Coyote).
Jamie Fleming
DVM, DACVIM (SAIM)Dr. Jamie Fleming brings over a decade of experience, expertise, and passion to her role as a veterinary internist. She cares deeply about the human-animal bond and strives to ensure clients understand their pets’ illnesses and feel comfortable with their treatment plans. One of the best parts of her job is the long-term relationships she’s built with patients and their families.
While Dr. Fleming loves all aspects of internal medicine, she has a keen interest in diagnosing and treating intestinal diseases and endocrinopathies.

Elizabeth Hiebert
DVM, MS, DACVS-SADr. Hiebert has extensive experience in orthopedic, oncologic, soft tissue and neurologic surgery. She has dedicated the last decade to honing her skills to provide the highest level of care for her patients. In her free time, Dr. Hiebert enjoys visiting national parks, exploring archaeological sites and playing with her two cats.
Dr. Hiebert has published over a dozen peer-reviewed articles in academic journals and has earned an academic grant. In addition to presenting her research at specialist conferences, she has also received an international award for her insights regarding cat intestinal surgery. To this day she continues to contribute to veterinary knowledge.

Elke Rudloff
DVM, DACVECC, CVMA, CPEVDr. Elke Rudloff provides holistic comfort care, individualized pain management and gentle euthanasia services in the home. She finds it highly rewarding to bring a family together that may be at odds about the quality of life of their beloved pet. She is grateful for the impact she has on her patients and their families when she can mitigate the pain and discomfort that come with acute and chronic illness and injury. The best way she knows how to use her specialized skills is by creating a peaceful and gentle passing for a beloved pet in the comfort of their home.
