The customer service and attention to both the owner and the pet at BluePearl Grand Rapids is above reproach and absolutely stunning. I could not have been more pleased with the care Scooter received both pre- and post-op.
We were able to schedule his TPLO surgery within one week after his consultation, which is unheard of in itself. I received pictures and text messages from the technicians after the surgery and an actual phone call from Dr. Henning, who is a very empathetic and compassionate doctor.
This facility is immaculate and efficient. It was a true blessing that my vet recommended BluePearl and Dr. Henning. Scooter the dog is my co-pilot and I am sure we will be flying again soon. Exceptional experience. A solid 10/10 plus.
